"Horrible agent and horrible staff. DO NOT USE. I canceled my policies with them, finally, and they kept sending me bills. I emailed them, and then they started sending me text messages. Then I called and they put me on permanent hold. This is after years of crappy service and overcharging us."

"Horrible service. They can't do anything without calling StateFarm's office, they messed both my and my family's insurance. I would strongly recommend going with another agency. Michelle is just looking to nickel and dime you with everything she can. Her employees are not helpful and they surely do not care about their customers. EDIT: Coming back through years later to say Michelle still it one of the worst agents in the area! She had the audacity to send me a marketing letter. Never use this agent event! Run!!!"

"I've been with this agency for several years and it's been a absolute nightmare getting anything done. I have a great driving record so I rarely need to reach out, but I've spoken to Michelle on many occasions to discuss my outrageous policy increases. She is rude, unprofessional, and gives nonsensical responses, beating around the bush instead of working towards a solution. After consistant neglect from this agency for years, I finally decided to change my agent last week 6/11/25. The new agency advised me to call her for assistance transferring everything over, so I called and got Michelle again unfortunately. This woman was absolutely vile, and completely refused to help. I asked her over 6 times to assist with the request and she declined each time instructing me to go online. She even asked why I was trying to transfer, so I expressed how unbelievably unprofessional and unhelpful shes been, then she hung up. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I'm still appalled over a week later. I'm compelled to write this review and warn others to stay away from this agency. Read the reviews and don't waste your time, money, and sanity. Michelle Decarlo, DO NOT respond to this review with your fake apologies like every other review here. You truly need to find a new profession."
