"Horrible service. They can't do anything without calling StateFarm's office, they messed both my and my family's insurance. I would strongly recommend going with another agency. Michelle is just looking to nickel and dime you with everything she can. Her employees are not helpful and they surely do not care about their customers. EDIT: Coming back through years later to say Michelle still it one of the worst agents in the area! She had the audacity to send me a marketing letter. Never use this agent event! Run!!!"

"I've been with this agency for several years and it's been a absolute nightmare getting anything done. I have a great driving record so I rarely need to reach out, but I've spoken to Michelle on many occasions to discuss my outrageous policy increases. She is rude, unprofessional, and gives nonsensical responses, beating around the bush instead of working towards a solution. After consistant neglect from this agency for years, I finally decided to change my agent last week 6/11/25. The new agency advised me to call her for assistance transferring everything over, so I called and got Michelle again unfortunately. This woman was absolutely vile, and completely refused to help. I asked her over 6 times to assist with the request and she declined each time instructing me to go online. She even asked why I was trying to transfer, so I expressed how unbelievably unprofessional and unhelpful shes been, then she hung up. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I'm still appalled over a week later. I'm compelled to write this review and warn others to stay away from this agency. Read the reviews and don't waste your time, money, and sanity. Michelle Decarlo, DO NOT respond to this review with your fake apologies like every other review here. You truly need to find a new profession."

"I called this place today and encountered the worst service from an insurance company in my entire life, I have worked in insurance over 10years and have dealt with many insurance agencies and I’ve experienced any so unprofessional."

"Michelle DeCarlo has been our house, cars, motorcycle insurance Agency and our agent forever. She and her staff are always available and,; and if not, they return phone calls quickly. They have helped us save money again and again on all our policies, at one time or another. But is Michelle’s concern and listening that is always appreciated. And the wealth of knowledge, friendliness and empathy that she and her staff share is truly appreciated!!! Please consider them for ANY insurance needs. They make the whole insurance thing less painful."

"Be aware! I have had multiple friends of mine tell me not to go with State Farm. They will do some shady things like over charge you."

"Updated Review 7/31/24: this State Farm office is a scam, they keep changing my premium every month, blaming the billing department and now totally ignoring all of my follow up calls and emails and can’t give any explanation to the changing monthly payment. Attaching text message of them admitting their mistake but yet I was still charged the incorrect amount. No accidents no tickets. Do not choose this office. Michelle Decarlo does unprofessional business. I requested multiple times to stop auto pay from my account but yet they continue to take random payments out of my account. Moving to next steps to dispute with my bank and remove the access they have to my bank account. Greedy. Never had an accident or ticket’s literally a perfect driving record for decades but my car insurance is raised every 6 months even with a newer vehicle with safety features. I’m now reaching out to any and all agencies to file a complaint against this office."

"I have been with State Farm for at least 25 years. Honestly never have had a problem. Last couple of years I have been dealing with Gianni DeCarlo. Can't say enough about this gentleman. He responds to me on the spot whenever I need something. If he wasn't on top of things right away, I could have been out of thousands of dollars due to loss of property last year. All insurance companies raise rates, but the Customer Service I get from Gianni, I know I can't find anywhere else!"

"I have recently transferred both my home and automobile insurance to State Farm through the Michelle DeCarlo Agency. I was immediately treated like a valued customer and I greatly appreciate the effort both Michelle and Patrick have made to get my policies in order and to make sure I understand everything. "I signed up for coverage in 2018, for traditional auto insurance, and as a rideshare driver I asked to add rideshare coverage. After a fender bender this week I discovered that Michelle DeCarlo’s office failed to add the additional coverage I asked for. Even though I went to the office to sign up and asked the agent MULTIPLE times to confirm I had rideshare coverage, they FAILED TO DO THEIR JOBS. I will be changing my agent ASAP to someone who is actually listening to their client’s requests."

"The company failed to send me my new insurance cards on-time twice. I was upset when I talked with the owner Michelle, and she got angry with me and had very poor customer service skills, blaming the Post Office, and being very uncaring. Another employee of hers promised to help me and he never followed through. Finally, on the 3rd contact, I was helped."
